Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery Time: Enjoy tracked, insured shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5-12 business days once the order has been processed.

Shipment Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided for your convenience the moment your package is handed over to our shipping carrier.

  • You can use this number to monitor your order's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Insured Shipping & Order Protection

Because your order includes insured shipping, you are fully protected against loss or damage during transit.

  • Damaged Deliveries: If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and the packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will expedite a replacement to you.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is significantly delayed past the 12-business-day window or is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please reach out to our support team. We will file a claim with the carrier and ensure you receive your items.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Puriway LLC is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you made an error during checkout, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the information if the order has not yet been processed.
